Each colour represents a specific product, and the colour selected from the bag determines which product you will receive
Random Selection
Colours are selected at random, customers cannot choose a specific colour or request a particular product
The product received is determined solely by the colour selected
Multiple Purchases
If you purchase more than one reveal, each colour is selected independently and at random
Purchasing multiple reveals does not guarantee that you will receive different products
No Swaps or Exchanges
Products are allocated randomly and cannot be swapped, exchanged or replaced because you have receive a duplicate or a product you did not want
Product Information
Products may vary depending on current collection and availability
Availability
All products are subject to availability, If a particular product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with another product of equivalent value
Purchase Acceptance
By purchasing What's In The Bag you acknowledge and accept that the product you receive is determined by the random colour selection
Returns & Refunds
Purchases cannot be returned or refunded solely because you received a duplicate product or because the product selected was not your preferred choice
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply
