The contents of each bag are randomly selected and may vary from bag to bag
Duplicate Items
As the contents are selected at random, you may receive multiple bags containing the same item
Unfortunately, duplicate items are considered part of the mystery experience and cannot be swapped, exchanged or replaced
No Exchange or Swaps
Mystery Bag contents cannot be exchanged or swapped based on personal preference
This includes duplicate items, unwanted items, or items that are not the customer's preferred colour, style or type
