Each chest contains randomly selected crystal items, and the exact product cannot be chosen in advance

Colours & Styles

Crystal Chest may contain products in a variety of colours, designs, shapes, sizes and styles

The item you receive is selected at random, so the colour, design or style of your item cannot be guaranteed

Duplicate Items

It is possible to receive duplicate items when purchasing more than one crystal chest

Duplicate items are considered a normal part of the random selection process and will not be exchanged or swapped for a different item

Personal Preference

Items cannot be exchanged or swapped simply because you do not like the colour, style, design or item received

Please only purchase a crystal chest if you are happy to accept a random item
